I had the opportunity to visit Ireland with my family and it truly was a trip of a lifetime. Not only did I decide to go on this adventure a week before the trip, but my parents decided only the day prior. On this adventure through Ireland we managed to fit 14 people and 28 bags into two cars, a feat that deserves to be highlighted, especially because it is the back story to the creation of this drawing. We were driving through Galway and stumbled upon the beautiful town of Kinvarra where all of us piled out of the car to explore this place. The fun part was that they were hosting running races at the time so all of us were cheering on different runners for all their race. This bog was so serene and beautifully captured Irish scenery.
