This print is based on my drawing, Lake Huron Sunrise. This in particular morning, on the shore of Lake Huron in Michigan was the definition of calm and peaceful. The fresh scents of crisp morning air with a soft breeze was the perfect scenery to start such a wonderful day. One of my favorite things about Northern Michigan is the fact that the sunrises open you to so much wonder to start your day so summer days are always long and full of joy. The early morning calm allowed for so much peace to be experienced that it takes me right back to that moment where the sand is beginning to warm from the suns rays peaking through the sky.
